Trip Overview
Mera Peak and Island Peak are two popular trekking peaks in the Khumbu region of Nepal, offering stunning views of the Himalayas and a challenging yet rewarding climbing experience. Here's an overview of each peak:

Mera Peak:
- Location: Mera Peak is situated in the remote Hinku Valley within the Khumbu region of Nepal, to the southeast of Everest. It is the highest trekking peak in Nepal.
- Altitude: The summit of Mera Peak stands at 6,476 meters (21,247 feet) above sea level.
- Climbing Difficulty: While technically not very difficult, Mera Peak requires a good level of physical fitness and some basic mountaineering skills. The final ascent involves walking on a glacier and a short, steep section.
- Highlights: Mera Peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of some of the world's highest mountains, including Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. The trek to Mera Peak takes you through beautiful forests, traditional Sherpa villages, and pristine wilderness.

Island Peak (Imja Tse):
- Location: Island Peak is located in the Everest region of Nepal, near the base of the southeast face of Lhotse.
- Altitude: The summit of Island Peak stands at 6,189 meters (20,305 feet) above sea level.
- Climbing Difficulty: Island Peak is considered more technically challenging than Mera Peak. Climbers need to negotiate a steep, ice-covered headwall to reach the summit. Previous climbing experience and knowledge of basic mountaineering skills, including using crampons and ice axes, are recommended.
- Highlights: Island Peak offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks, including Lhotse and Ama Dablam. The trek to Island Peak takes you through the iconic Everest Base Camp and the scenic Imja Valley. The climb is often combined with a trek to Everest Base Camp.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 On arrival in Kathmandu meet our staff for transfer to Hotel
On arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuwan International Airport received by our staff and guide with warm welcome and greetings and then transfer to your hotels in the heart of Kathmandu city. After checking into your rooms getting refreshed from Jet-Lag, a quiet environment after getting refreshed join at main hall or in lobby where our guide will provide briefing on treks-hotels with necessary information. Evening includes group dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with folk culture program with various dances of Nepal while having your authentic Nepalese dinner with local entertainment.

Day 2 Fly to Lukla 2820 M then trek to Paiya 2730 M, 35 minutes flight and 6 Hours Trek
Early morning transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for super short flight to land at Lukla, The Lukla airport is located at a clearing atop a hill, and the short flight presents amazing views of the wonderful surroundings, Open landing at the Tenzing Hillary Airport at Lukla, We will begin our trek to Paiya, We will start Jungle walk downhill to Surke village by amazing of Himalayas views, From here we will continue moving south cross the Chuto la pass before reaching the small vial of Paiya,

Day 3 Paiya to Panggom 2846 M, 6 Hours Trek
Starting hill from Paiya, we will reach a small bridge from where henceforth the trail turns a bit slippery, we will cross the Kari-La Pass, Walking through the rhododendron and bamboo forests on a narrow trail, Today’s trip we will also likely to be in the awestriking presence and the Duthkoshi valley, Then continue out trek to Panggom village settlers are depending on farming and trading, the day is extremely rich in natural beauty made even more gorgeous,

Day 4 Panggom to Ramailo Danda 2863 M, 6 Hours Trek
We begin our trek, trekking out of Panggom, We will cross the Panggom-La Pass ascending on a steady path turning north we will cross the Ningsow Khola before reaching the Ningsow village then continue ascending then descending for a while to climb a little more to reach Ramailo Danda.

Day 5 Ramailo Danda to Chetra Khola 2800 M, 7 Hours Trek
Start the day with breakfast, The Journey begins on the trails up and down, The weather allows us can see the views of Mera Peak and Salpa, After up and downhill walk we will enter Makalu Barun National Park, It is the eighth National Park in the Himalayas of Nepal and it was established in 1992 as an eastern extension of the Sagarmath National Park, The protected area of the Makalu Barun National Park is a habitat for a wide diversity and flora and fauna species,

Day 6 Chetra Khola to Kothey 3691 M, 5 Hours Trek
Trek begins towards the north on the main trail to Mera Peak, we will find ourselves alongside a trail next to the Majang Khola, and from here we shall merge with another trail that moves alongside the Hinku Khola, Our trail moves staring ahead towards Tashing Ongma which has seasonal tea shops lining the main trail, Continuein our tre we will cross the bridge or the Sanu Khola before reaching Kothey

Day 7 Kathey to Thagnag 4360 M, 5 Hours Trek
Adventure continues towards north east after leaving tree lines and green vegetation, as the walk progress reaching into a wide open valley within grazing land around scattered cattle herders shades at Gondishung 4,350 m near to our overnight stop at Tag-Nag. Gondishung with more than 200 years old small Gompa, walk continues for an hour to Tag-Nag for overnight stop, a temporary place with huts and shades houses a small lodge as tea house.

Day 8 Thagnag to Khare 5045 M, 4 Hours Trek
We will start our day begins with Breakfast, We will follow the moraine of Dig Glacier of Dig Kharka from where gorgeous views of the Charpate Himal, Ther trail ascending through the moraine to snout of the Hinku Nup and the Share glaciers, from where it further branches out more steeply to Khare, From here we can see the northern face of Mera Peak, the sight is truly anything unlike ever you experienced, After lunch we can explore around Khare,

Day 9 Rest at Khare for acclimatization and climbing training course
We have a spare day for acclimatization and pre-basic climbing training to prepare ourselves better for the climbing to Mera Peak, Our climbing leader will help us polish our basic climbing techniques and demonstrate the best ways to use our climbing gears like the ice axe, harness, ascender, climbing boots, and crampons, the training will also include learning the best climbing technique with the rope, Overnight at Khare,

Day 10 Khare to Mera Peak High Camp 5780 M, 6 Hours Trek
We will start our steep trail to the Mera Peak Base Camp, from her ewe continue further through Mera-la Pass to reach high camp, Our path along the rocky trail which be hazardous if it has recently snowed as there as a number of crevasses, Our way to the top of the rock band was marked by a large cairn, we will set up a high camp as we enjoy excellent views of Mt. Day 14 Cross Amphu Lapsa Pass 5845 M, Island Peak B.C. 5080 M, 8 Hours Trek
Our day begins with Breakfast, today we have an actual day of the challenge ahead of us, Pass is an exciting traverse of scree slopes and layered glacier walls that we must ascend on the Southside, We trek along the icefall to the crest of the pass at 5845 M, Here we have stunning views of Island Peak and Mt. Lhotse and Nupse looming over he Imja valley, the descent down to the valley is steep with a section that we negotiate by abseiling looking back, it will be quite an incredible feeling, on the side the glacier and enter the Imja valley and trek to Island Peak Base Camp, Overnight at the Island Peak Base Camp,

Day 16 Summit of Island Peak 6189 M, and Trek to Chukung 4730 M, 10 Hours Climbing and Trekking
The climb of Island peak at above 6,160 m / 20,328 ft high graded as PD + used from French and Swiss Alpine Climbing System, climb continues following snow-covered glacier, avoiding serac and crevasses climbing northwards over snow covered scree in the margin between a glaciers facing a top ridge. Adventure carries on across a gully with some stone and icefall dangers, a steep snow and ice ramp leads you above 100 meters (300ft) to the main summit, on reaching on top where adventure of a lifetime experience reaches you at the main summit with successful climb. From the summit enjoy panorama of Mt. Lhotse 8,501 m, Mt. Ama Dablam 6,856 m, Mt. Makalu 8, 463 m, Chamlang and Baruntse peaks, after a great climb feeling in high spirit descend on same route towards base camp and trek to Chukung,

Day 19 Namche to Lukla 2820 M, 8 Hours Trek
The last day trek of this marvelous adventure leads on same scenic trail to Phakding following Dudh Kosi River downstream, from here a pleasant walk with few short ups and down to Choplung village, where an hour climb brings you back at Lukla for lunch and overnight stop. In Lukla celebrate last night dinner among fellow trekkers, guides and porters after a fantastic adventure and climb on top of Mera Peak and Island Peak.

Day 20 Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to your Hotel
Morning transfer to Luka air terminal known as Tenzing-Hillary airport, tribute to late legendry mountaineers the first two to conquer on top Mt. Everest.
