Ganesh Himal Trekking, leads to an enjoyable experience on the hidden and most elusive trails where few trekkers and explorer has often ventured into this virgin and pristine areas of Ganesh Himal, the main peaks which is Ganesh I towers above 7,422 m /24,350 ft high. Around Ganesh Himal Trekking where you will be inspired with full views of all massive Ganesh Himal peaks with south face of Pabil (Ganesh IV) which resembles an elephant, with a ridge that is reminiscent of an elephant’s trunk and hence the name Ganesh got its name (a popular Hindu God with head of an elephant and son of Lord Shiva).
Ganesh Himal also known as Yangri in local language of Tibetan origin, the walk into Ganesh Himal areas will be something to cherish during on this magnificent walks which leads to remote pockets of Mid West Himalaya of upper Gorkha and Dhading district quite close to Langtang areas of Rasuwa district. Starting this marvelous journey heading towards Gorkha mid hills and to warm low valley at Arughat town, where our walk leads higher up exploring local villages of immense culture and then into pure wilderness on top of hills covered with rich green vegetation and trees of rhododendron-magnolia-oaks and pines trees facing views of high snow-capped peaks.
