‘trek and climb with an adventure of a lifetime experience on top stunning Island Peak within scenic Imjatse valley’
Imjatse -Island Peak Trek & Climb, where Tramping Himalaya offers a straightforward route to the top of most stunning trekking Island peak. Also called as Imjatse Himal listed in NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association), as Island Peak situated in the middle of Imjatse valley, looking like an island so the derived according to its beautiful and unique location.
Imjatse-Island Peak stands at above 6,160 m / 20,328 ft high, where the climb grade listed as PD + (from French and Swiss Alpine Climbing Classification Systems), means ‘Per Difficule’ where climb leads on snow-covered rocks and ice with glacier with some technical difficulty and much effort to reach its top summit.
For the climb where all members should be fully equipped as well with good physical and sound health to meet the challenge for Imjatse-Island Peak Trek & Climb, where we have allowed much rest days for acclimatization and excursion before the great event to the summit of Imjatse-Island Peak.
Starting our adventure with short scenic flight to Lukla and then heading high past nice villages of Phakding-Monjo to reach at famous colorful Namche bazaar with time here for acclimatization then heading towards scenic and beautiful Imjatse valley with majestic views of world’s highest peaks Everest, Lhotse with Mt. Makalu on route walks.
Our final and major highlight of the adventure leads at the base camp of Island Peak at Parsya Gyab, within moraine and glaciers, where camp is set for few nights for the classic great climb to the summit of Imjatse-Island Peak, providing you with full support of individual kitchen unit includes cook-kitchen staff, climbing guides to accompany all the way to the top of the peak.
The climb is undertaken after much preparation and rest day to get acclimatized and then ready for the Big Day! Starting early morning following g our lead expert climbing guide all the way to its summit top, where our guides will fix ropes and other necessary task to make the climb a huge success and enjoyable.
On reaching the main goal of the adventure overlooking grand scenery of mountain range with close views of EverestLhotse-Nuptse and Ama Dablam with Mt. Makalu, descend back safely and then on the road to Lukla for sweeping flight back to the hustle and bustle city life of Kathmandu with timeless memories on Imjatse-Island Peak Trek & Climb with outstanding services of Tramping Himalaya guides and staff.
